The project required a "one-stop shop" venue for the regional government offices of Region 7.
Several government departments are housed in the four-storey building, with two more basement levels.
The concept took after the sun, wherein 'rays' would house a particular departmental office. And when a particular office needs more space, it just extends to the space above. Thereby , containing like-mission offices in the same area.
This project was shortlisted for a design award nomination. In the end, the professors opted to pass the learning resource center project.
