A mixed-used development for an existing community, a complete overhaul.
The existing community is located near several educational institutions, thus not requiring such facilities in the development.
So, this development focuses on the erection of an office building, several commercial establishments, and a parking structure; all enclosing a residential community and chapel.
Conceptualized to foster a close-knit community, sustained and sheltered by the surrounding establishments. Also, the concept envisions a pedestrian community within the development. Fostering both ideals by providing a central plaza, to encourage interaction and group activities.
