The design has to accommodate a room that could serve multiple purposes (meeting room, exercise room, entertainment room), an open kitchen, several lounge areas, an area for a pool table and darts, a secluded area for a garden, and access to a lookout-point above; all under a new roof structure, with a limitation towards one area for the roofing to avoid existing city power lines. thus creating a roofed area with a setback-ed perimeter ready for potted landscaping.
