Includes a spateous panoramic living room, 6 bedrooms, cabinet, kitchen, dining, home cinema, SPA, swimming pool and garage. The building is semi-submerged into the landscape. It encloses a nice cosy courtyard, around which living and dining block, bedrooms, swimming pool, SPA and recreation are located. The pool enjoys a nice view onto the lake valley, while the living room is oriented with a large glass facade towards a pine grove. The garage block connects to the main volume by an open stone walkway with metal encompassing beams.
