A 3 story residence for a local businessman with a large family. The body of the house is sunken into the earth by one story. Recreation area by the SPA on the first floor opens into a nice valley in front of the house. A grill and picnic area is located there. Stone steps lead up to the first floor terrace, The spateous living and dining rooms face with large glass openings, through which a spectacular wiew opens on the nearby village. On the second floor 2 bedrooms and cabinet are facing opposite with 6m wide balconies.
House is Built from Porotherm blocks on a solid cast-in-place comcrete slab. Roof made from german pine.
