A 15 story office building in a residential area of Kiev. Total area 17 070 sq. m. Year 2007. It is located on a corner plot of a residential block. The building presents itself as an unevenly shaped glass monolith with diagonal concrete structure, visible under the glass. The inclined slopes of the roof a shped by sun study of the surrounding buildings.
A church is to be built nearby, for which the glass will serve as a mirror background.
