A multi-functional sports arena. Total area 41 550 sq. m. 6 stories tall with a 2 level parking lot. The building is surrounded by 2 trade centrs and a hotel. It is to become part of a large commercial development in the area. Connected by a broad platform over the parking lot to the first trade center and by a long tube bridge over Okruzna highway to the second and hotel.
The building has an Elliptic shape, with main hockey size field in the center. Exterior of the building is surronded by a metal and glass mesh. Projectors light it up in gold at night.
