A shopping mall and entertainment center. Year 2005. Positioned on a small plot between residential high-rises. Due to limited space it was proposed to retract the first and second floor, there-by giving the streets air. A whole glass facade is used on the first 2 floors to provide visual lightness.One of the special features of the trade center, is it's cargo offload is positioned in the builing right behind the main entrance, and separated by a glass welcoming zone. The main entrance to boutiques and entertainment is from the second floor and for the residents of the nearby housing, 2 side entrances directly to thesupermarket are provided.
