2021 AIA | LBSB Honor Award Winner

Through the use of strategic, refined insertions, Laney LA transformed a raw industrial space into a functional office for a creative studio, brimming with natural light and creative energy. While a visitor may easily overlook the understated facade, upon entry, they are immediately confronted with a space that feels larger from within.  

From the graceful arch of the showcase library to the 22 foot presentation wall, the layout is designed to make cultural norms physically manifest from nimble design to generous collaboration. Ultimately, the finished product is a dynamic space that reflects the vibrancy and momentum of the team that inhabits it.
