Occupying 4 floors at 160 Varick Street in New York City, the WNYC relocation project consolidated broadcast operations for WQXR, WNYC, NY Public Radio and The Jerome L. Greene Space into one location. The scope of the project included 10 production studios and control rooms, master control, newsroom, a live street level performance venue, green rooms, equipment rooms, broadcast operations, maintenance, administrative and support offices. The project achieved LEED Gold certification
