The restoration and additions to this 3,600 seat, 150,00 square foot theater received the Lucy Moses Preservation Award from the NY Landmarks Conservancy, a Brooklyn Builds Award for Community Facilities and an AIA Interfaith Forum on Religion, Art, and Architecture (IFRAA) Faith & Form Award. To accommodate a 250-voice choir with full audio and video recording capability, the design features rehearsal space and a production suite with new mechanical and electrical systems.  Using archival photos and remnants, the ornamental details were restored to period splendor.
