Cass Calder Smith Architecture + Interiors is growing, and we are looking for the right candidates to be a part of our talented team. Currently, we are in need of a Project Architect with 5-8 years of experience at our New York office.
The firm is known for creating award-winning commercial, residential, and hospitality projects that span the past thirty years. We are working domestically and internationally from the Bay Area to New York and the Wine Country to the Middle East. The projects range from residences to restaurants, casinos to mixed-use developments, and hotels to showrooms. Our goal is to make the buildings and spaces we create relevant, attractive, functional, and timeless.

Requirements:
Masters Degree in Architecture
5-8 years of proven experience in all phases of the design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, site supervision
Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills
3D modeling skills/sketch up
Excellent technical drafting and detailing abilities
Highly developed skills in client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration
Knowledge of local building codes
Fluency in written and spoken English
Hands-on approach
Ability to start within 2 weeks
PC platform
Full time
Experience in hospitality/restaurants is a plus
