Small New York City Design-Build firm seeks a self-motivated, hardworking architectural designer proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D modeling, i.e., Rhino, V-ray, etc.) to work with a team of designers developing traditional and modern high-end residential projects. Successful candidate will be exposed and work on all phases of the industry from Real Estate Development, Architectural Design, and Construction Phases. Preferred 1–3-years’ experience working in architectural office / high-end Residential experience a plus.
