Pink Architecture is looking for a project manager to oversee multiple retail construction projects all over the USA. A strong, independent personality is a plus as the jobs have intense schedules. Being able to travel is a must.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in interior construction project management for High End Retail Client.
Manages all aspect of Construction of High-End Retail projects, including bid analysis, schedules, processing of RFIs and submittals, review of payment applications, review and approval of change orders, nationwide general knowledge of local building departments and site visits.
Understands and can work under intense time deadlines for projects running 14-16 weeks.
Can travel on a weekly basis as required throughout the USA
Independent to organize the traveling schedule and accomplish deadlines in spite of not being at the office and being away from home
Proficient in Procore
Proficient reading architectural, MEP and Structural plans
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit readers to navigate design files and information provided in that format
Comfortable providing direction to General Contractor and other trades while on site
Attention to detail is a must - required to be very detail-oriented
Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement
Possible to be a full-time or part-time employee if necessary
