JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an intermediate lighting designer with experience in the architectural lighting industry. The ideal candidate possesses strong creative and communication skills and the ability to manage projects from schematic design through construction administration.
The candidate will be responsible for managing junior lighting designers, assisting in the production of documentation through the design process, and tracking project budgets. Candidate must have experience overseeing drawing and document production, fixture schedules, cut sheets, deliverable timelines, project budgets, fixture sample, and mockup management. Candidate must be able to coordinate the production of and the revisions to deliverables including, but not limited to, renderings, precedent image compilation, presentations, drawings, Revit models, AGI calculations, fixture cuts, schedules, and details. The candidate would also be expected to provide design guidance and to solve technical lighting questions under the supervision of senior lighting designers, Studio Leaders or the Creative Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY RANGE: $68K-$75K + Generous Benefits
