ZERZA is seeking an experienced talented, highly motivated Architectural Professional with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in New York City. The position involves integration into a collaborative office environment.

You may be a great candidate if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have previously contributed to the design, production, and coordination of large-scale projects in Autodesk REVIT and BIM. Qualified candidates will be working on high-profile aviation projects in New York City. Experience working with engineers and consultants coordinating design and drawing development is a plus.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Candidates will be eligible for employee benefits.

Requirements for this position include:

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution in the US. 
• A minimum of 5 years of proven project experience 
• Experience with fit-out; technical details
• Excellent REVIT skills, worked on large-scale complex projects
• Ability to develop creative design concepts and translate them into effective collaborative BIM Cloud environments.
• Ability to collaborate with a large team that includes architects, engineers, consultants and a variety of stakeholders 
• Ability to work on complex large-scale projects, to communicate clearly and provide technical solutions when required
• A desire to work on the fit-out phase of a project.
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and experience to be able to run with tasks on your own and potentially manage junior staff.
• In-person position. This is not a remote position.
