D'Apostrophe Design Inc., an award-winning architecture and interior design firm is looking to hire a full-time Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Principal of the firm. The candidate should be an energetic self-starter who is organized, punctual, is able to manage multiple projects with both long- and short-term deadlines.

In this role, you’ll be reporting to the Principal and Director of Architecture and working with a dynamic group of designers.


  • Support and strategize with Principal and Director of Architecture to reach company goals.
  • Oversee front of house operations and office management, including office maintenance, ordering office and pantry supplies, answering phones, tech management, and records management.
  • Calendar and email management for Principal and team of 15.
  • Liaise with the building management and subtenants.
  • Work directly with bookkeeper to help manage and track all office expenses and client billing.
  • Manage relationships with office vendors.
  • Manage IT consultants with coordinate computer and server maintenance.
  • Be point of person to our EPO representative and handle all HR duties such as payroll, PTO, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and compliance.
  •  Ensure a positive office experience to all team members and visitors with a can-do attitude.
  • Work closely with Principal as their executive assistant to manage professional and personal calendars, accounts, travel, etc.

Candidate should have experience with Google Workspace (G Suite), QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, video conferencing (Zoom/Google Meet), knowledge of PC and Mac. 

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required.
