The Role…
Soho House is hiring for the role of Procurement Manager in the New York head office. This position will report to the Senior Procurement Manager and will work closely with Interior Designers and project managers to maintain FF&E budgets, project procurement, supply chain, logistics and project installations.

Main Duties…
• Assist the Senior Procurement Manager to oversee the bid and award process for full procurement, delivery, and installation of the final FF&E scope of work.
• Maintain FF&E budgets per project and provide weekly updates to the Senior Procurement Manager.
• Create and issue purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Comply with accounting standards to include check and credit card requests, project and accounting documentation.
• Work closely with designers/vendors to ensure materials and construction methods used are up to Soho House standards and hospitality grade.
• Assist in the VE process by making recommendations for alternate fixtures and furniture where needed to achieve project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with the receiver/warehouse to verify product was received and inspected and found to be in perfect condition to install.
• Coordinate with multiple freight companies and export officers to ensure product is delivered
• Organize project documents for final reconciliation.  This position is also involved with budget creation and maintenance for all projects assigned.  Coordination between interior designers and accounting department will be critical in this role.
• Onboard warehousing and moving companies to successfully install projects nationwide.

Requirements/ Qualifications: 
• Experience with working with high-end furniture and lighting manufactures and suppliers is required, local vendor knowledge is also preferred
• Strong Word and Excel skills
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Effective planner and ability to make fast decisions
• Must be able to multitask across multiple projects all in different stages of the procurement process
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative to identify and develop improvement opportunities
• Any Interior Design experience is a plus.  
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FF&E procurement.
