The purpose of the project was to perform a new architectural design. First phase of the project was built after a complex design concept development for New Memorial Park in commemoration of our soldiers and became part of Borinquen Week celebration. This project was developed independently, also, demonstrated and maintained proficient knowledge of advanced use of skills in the utilization of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) system and design industry computer software were crucial to fully develop the proposed concept design. Complex 3D modeling and photo-realistic perspectives were created to visualize final product which provided a clear picture to Ft. Buchanan community of the project intentions. Formal presentation to the higher level management was provided thru 3 Presentation Boards that were exhibited at the project site location. Provided government estimates and brief description of the works to be performed. Engaged in construction details, materials selection and purchase coordination for the success of this initiative. I was part of the construction project management support. This project required a high standard knowledge architectural design, 3D modeling and graphic design skills, since it was an un-precedent type of project.
