The purpose of the project was to perform a full architectural design for renovation of an existing facility. This was the second design concept development for a New Roundabout Memorial at the existing location. Advanced use of skills in the utilization of computer-aided design and drafting (AutoCAD (CADD) & Revit (BIM)) system and design industry computer software were crucial to fully develop the proposed concept design. Detailed design and full set of drawings were provided including architectural floor plans, sections, elevations, 3D model and photorealistic perspectives, electrical and lighting utilities, structural features, general notes and materials list. Provided Independent Government Estimate and brief description of the works to be performed; including utility modification specifications. Formal presentation to the higher-level management.
