Goal:  Transform dated building lobby into an inviting contemporary gathering space that appeals to the innovative nature of the tenants this building attracts.

Design:  Fusion juxtaposed 'New' and 'Old' to accentuate the unique qualities of the lobby - its 2 story volume, its exposed brick interior, and its full height views outside. Layered compositions of sleek, white, back painted glass planes and high gloss metal accents contrast with and enliven the exposed brick and slate surfaces. Sculptural chairs upholstered in bright yellow under a sweeping chandelier 'mobile' create the centerpiece attraction.
