One of the primary goals of Fusion's renovation of Avention's existing office space was to create an environment that supported the company's initiative for attracting new talent. This was accomplished through an exciting and bold palette of new finishes, as well as careful space planning efforts that encouraged collaboration and interaction between staff members. The company was undergoing a re-branding effort concurrent with the design process, so the project served as a logical canvas on which to display new branding efforts and graphic material. 

The project was also designed with flexibility in mind. With anticipated growth, Fusion utilized architectural wall systems in key transitional spaces so that department footprints could be adjusted and expanded as necessary.
