Fusion's design plan for DalBar focused on maximizing natural light and highlighting the suite's unique water level view of Fort Point Channel. The exposed ceiling along the main circulation aisle is contrasted with a clean, modern ceiling with recessed linear lighting to define the work area. An open breakout area and pantry anchors the rear of the space and provides a bright pop of color as well as a multi-use gathering space. There are multiple private offices that face the glass facade and water, including a large conference room with state of the art technology installed for conference calls and client meetings.
