The Architect's Diet

Frosted Mini-Wheats for both breakfast and dinner
Chinese and or Single subway 6" for lunch
Chicken Parm Heros/Burritos on weekends (usually only meal for the day)

holistic food for green architects ;)

i once knew this 1 architect who loved to make the most ecological of homes for his clients but never took 1 bit of care for his own diet and or health...

breakfast burrito if I have time (rare) or no breakfast
coffee
usually no lunch either but sometimes fruit or salad or sandwich or cottage cheese
more coffee
I cook dinner - usually something with meat and veggies, I like casserole type things and tacos - strive for organic, but not anal about it
wine or beer with dinner more often that I should. Having soda is rare.

Yes -- about half the days I don't eat anything till about 6 or 7 at night. It's horrible, I'm killing myself.

On the weekends I eat every meal though. I rarely eat in restuarants, and never fast food but I must admit I eat pizza (freshetta or digiorno) twice a week.

some of these diets are pretty odd, thanks for sharing guys! I imagine the amount of protein in one's diet is proportional to one's standing at a firm.

breakfast- cereal if anything (honey nut cheerios)

coffee until 10:30 that is the cut off

lunch- either a sandwich at home or sushi, or mongolian, or subway

mountain dew about 3:00

dinner - usually some type of veggie and protein, live in Montana so I eat alot of beef, but lets be honest it is probably pizza and beer more often than it should be. And then there are the random nights that start with 3 microbrews and end up coming home at 2 with no dinner... ha

I eat out once a week on Friday with some friends and whenever I have time for a date.

I guess for the record Intern Architect, Montana (I would tell you what city but no one probably has heard of that anyway) 8-5 or 8:30 - 6 realistically

for some reason I feel like I just gave away some secret wierd

brekki:: muesli + grapenut with soy milk

lunch:: depends - likely to have have fish in it, fried or baked

dinner:: fish + steamed veggies/whole wheat pasta/fresh salad

I eat out each weekday for lunch, and for dinner once a week. Once a month I have a steak for dinner - for iron replenishment (that's my story and I'm sticking to it).

living means taking care of your self(and environment) the best way you know how, so if you know, what excuse is there to live low quality on purpose?

like i said about the architect who claimed to have a holistic approach to sustainable architecture that did not extend into his diet and did him in, hypocracy

i wouldn't say it is self righteous but rather right based on the evidence threw observations towards a wise chosen path, that has less negative impact and cuts down on waste and gives the most amazing energy, this is important when it comes to tantra
