Sim Jae-Duck is a man who has decided to live the rest of his life inside a 1.6 M dollar "toilet". His toilet-shaped home will be undeiled on November 11 to launch his World Toilet Association.
His motto? "people born in restrooms will enjoy long lives" ... and he is 74 years old!!
"lets just hope that all property line setbacks were verified should anyone's "wide stance" need be accommodated."
you must work in an american architecture office.

lets just hope that all property line setbacks were verified should anyone's "wide stance" need be accommodated.
and how will the architect detail the top floor to prevent upper-decking?
i'd rather build a home that looks like one of these:
anyone wanna be my roommate?
just call the house Falling Water.
that would be the third reference to upper decking today.
maybe that belongs in the wtf thread?
