so i'm finally getting my feet wet in illustrator...
i tried to save a file and had the embedded option checked.... it said i couldnt save it as embedded cause the font is protected....wtf does that mean?...
will it still save as a file but i can open it in another program?....
some fonts are protected by DRM, and you can't fully embed them. You can convert the text to oulines and it will appear fine. You wont be able to edit it as text though.
