That "garage" is the ultimate lads space. Imagine collecting classic cars and antiques, and then having this built... Apparently he also owns an early BMW Alpina B7, and the concrete walls are half a metre thick!

Yeah, highly illegal here also - any building that requires someone to hold it up 24/7 should not be built.
