i have a boston terrier, his name is Hugo... like, Hugo Boss, Hugo Chavez, Victor Hugo... etc... and yes, boston terriers snore an awful lot, and their farts have the ability to wake you up in the middle of your sleep. but they're the greatest dogs! Hugo rings a bell when he needs to go out potty.
our previous one was called Mischa (after Mikhail Barishnikov), and the one before was called Socrates. they say that it's better give dogs names with two syllables ending in vowels because they recognize it better but i don't know if it's true. my friend named his dog Paxil, like the antidepressant...
so, if you want architecture-related names... what about:
