I am looking for some help in finding a lost project. I don't have a ton of information on the project (hence the reason I can't find it again), but I came across it in one of the magazine publications (Arch. Record, or something like it) within the last two years. I'm sure it will be difficult to recognize the project from what little info I provide, but any guesses will be greatly appreciated. From what I remember, it was a memorial or museum of some sort. The image I saw was a plain of broken concrete and rebar rubble with a long path cutting through the field of rubble, leading into the ground. Any guesses on location, architect? Thanks in advance for the insight.

Its not the Berlin Holocaust Memorial by Eisenman?
Or some aspect of Zumthor's now defunct Topography of Terror
