I don't know about cadground, but I recently found www.cadlore.com - the site is much better than cadground, it has a CAD community feature, cad forum, business directory, links program, CAD projects and cad jobs section, cad symbols section, at all my impression is good. they also provide excellent support, but yet this is my opinion.
