Images of this building were posted in the images forum a few pages ago. I'm captivated by the shiny black surface that appears to be some kind of polish on black concrete? Does anyone know what the spec is on it? Perhaps someone from Roulleau Architectes?
just surfing Roulleau's website, saw some earlier construction photos. looks like it's regular concrete and the black is some kind of post-treatment...

It looks to me like it could even be a paint application on concrete panel - very nice. I am sucker for black buildings...
