It's getting closer to that time of year where we a\ travel a lot, eat a lot, and remember why we don't spend too much time around our extended families.
Working at a nonprofit is a drastic change from working in an architecture-interiors firm. My Decembers used to be *so full of sugary treats* dropped off by product reps that I'd always gain weight. So far nothing this year, which is fine!
Downside is I'm so busy at work I haven't even decorated my house yet.

Im sure the thankfulness is way more with the work compared to sugary treats
I miss the treats. We haven't received any this year, and we are for profit.
