"No. You can't use the indoor anymore. We're putting one out on the balcony for you. AND!! We're installing a spray hose. We EXPECT you to use it."
I don't know if this is the funniest thing I've ever encountered or the most tragic.

Depends on its use - as a planter or part of an art deco piece, sure. I could even see it done up as a cool seating arrangement with other non-conventional chairs. As a functional commode... kind of tacky. Having it enclosed, as in it's own room such as some of the pics above, is a different story and a much classier option.
