i want to design a light beige building, but alas everyone wants slightly darker beige.

I always wanted to do a really glamorous/tacky grand residential interior for a tangentially Mafia-related household in South Philly hiding behind the facades of three adjacent rowhouses. It woudl incorporate Plexiglas stair rail spindles, for sure.
I love Piano's plaintive "All of my buildings are failures in that regard."
It would resemble an albino slug that’s eating a pile of white towels ... the construction cost would be $400 million
Zaha to a T, LOL.
Except the construction cost part, that should read budget.
