hey guys, I am going to Texas and I've never worked in the States, so I wanted to learn how to used the International Building Code. I was thinking about buy a 2003 one, really cheap so I can learn about the general code and I can use the new one with changes when I am working. Do you know if it has changed a lot and it is kind of silly what I am going to do?
