Being an Architect in Denmark

0

Hi I am from the UK and I am looking at being an Architect in Denmark. I am aware that the practice in unregulated in Denmark and that if Architects wish to have a chartered status they can join the The Danish Architects’ Association which has its own requirements but allows you to hold the protected 'MAA' title. However I have a few concerns that I cannot find the answers to on the internet and wondered if the forum can help:

1) does the DAA have a code of conduct?

2) is there any specific construction/law acts that deal with fee's, performance, liability etc.?

3) is it common practice for Architects in Denmark to remian a non member of the DAA?

4) also, if you an architect in Denmark what is your view on the practice being unregulated with regards to the following;

 - client/public safeguard

 - upholding the reputation

- exposing non competent Architects

Hope you can help with the above.

Sean.
