Hello,
I am starting a project and I am looking for ideas, precedents etc. It aims to weave cityscape, landscape, and water's edge into an inhabitable waterfront urban park. This would be a boat in/boat out neighborhood mixed in with a public parkland. The strategy would be similar to slitting used by BIG in projects like the Slussen masterplan (http://www.arcadejournal.com/public/IssueArticle.aspx?Volume=27&Issue=4&Article=316)
Where the slits in the landscape will be occupiable residential and commercial spaces.
please help with a waterfront landscape urbanism project

Determine the height of the maximum flood stage. Slope the land towards the water at a 12:1 slope from that point.
