Also named the Millennium Theater, this project is a 100,000 sq. feet complex; featuring a black-box experimental theater, a new media gallery, exhibition gallery, a restaurant and supporting facilities.  Utilizing the concept of a "matrix", all these spaces are linked and interactive; thus blurring the boundary between exhibition and performance.  

It is perhaps the first exhibition + performance hybrid space in China; and a challenge to all curators and a brand new experience for viewers.

This project is also the site for the 2011 Beijing Design Week, hosting both the opening ceremony and a majority of exhibitions.  The black-box theater is already being heralded by performing professionals as the best small theater in Beijing.
