As the population within the Gold Coast continues to exponentially grow, we have the opportunity to shape the future city. The site aims to bring a sense of community and connection to the water as apartments and residences begin to be built. The brief involved creating an apartment block with at least 10 apartments, with a secondary public use for the community. 

The apartment block activates the ground level by embracing nature and offering a market place as well as a cafe. The site is split into two separate apartment blocks. All of the apartments are made up of two-stories with public spaces and amenities on the first floor. Both the blocks have green walls as well as space to grow plants.
