Additions: Assisted Living neighborhood, 14,120 sf, and Acute Care/Rehabilitation, 9,748 sf, for 35 added residents.  Facilities to embrace the culture change to resident-centered care:  2 new open plan kitchens and dining areas, remodel of the commercial kitchen, nurses kiosks, new personal care spa, physical therapy and rehabilitation areas, therapy gym, and outpatient therapy entrance.

Cost:  $3.3 Million  Total area of renovation and additions: 40,093 sf
