Completed as part of the 2004 Ottawa School District Bond Improvement. DAA was brought onboard at the very beginning of the Bond Issue and worked closely with the School Board on the entire process from inception, to site selection, through the Bond Election, final design and Construction Documents out to bid.
One new four unit K-5 elementary school. Completed in 2006, Lincoln's construction cost was approximately $12 million.
