This project was especially fun because it was right next door to our office. The architectural style of Dr. O's office matched the Devore & Associates office building. The site is a piece of land between the Prairie Spirit Trail, rails to trails, and Kanza Park, a walking trail around a water retention area. The floor of the building utilized concrete core slabs to achieve a clear span basement.  2000-2003
