This building is located in Mexico City, at Benito Juárez Borough. This building targets small middle class families and has 16 apartments witch vary between two bedroom flats and 3 bedroom duplex most of them with open courtyards or roof garden. The single cluster has a central communication space with elevator, stairs and central illumination.

The building seeks to have a clear integration between space and structure (concrete and brick) which allows efficient floor plants that concentrate service areas around the central core of the building minimizing internal circulation. Bedrooms and living rooms open to the front and back facade as well as double heights which allows for a privileged view of the nearby park as well for ventilation and natural light.
