Casas Mestre consists of three residential townhouses on four levels, oriented to the south. ouses Mestre is a set of three grouped / townhouses located on sloping ground on the outskirts of Valle de Bravo. It was designed with a system of terraces to minimize excavation and maximize lake views and south facing. Volumes, arranged in boxes, made up of four levels including ground floor and play with each other allowing interconnection between public and private spaces. The interweaving of public and private spaces set up a system, giving the set not only functional, constructive and formal meanings, but also symbolic space. It is noteworthy that most of the trees that originally were in the field and were planted new trees to replace shabby was preserved. Houses Mestre manages to preserve a strong bond with your environment to use local materials and to respect the landscape, and at the same time, create your own language by providing spaces and connections.
