It was designed with a system of terraces to minimize excavation and maximize lake views and south facing. Volumes, arranged in boxes, made up of four levels including ground floor and play with each other allowing interconnection between public and private spaces. The interweaving of public and private spaces set up a system, giving the set not only functional, constructive and formal meanings, but also symbolic space. It is noteworthy that most of the trees that originally were in the field and were planted new trees to replace shabby was preserved.
