The plot has a rectangular shape with a small trapezoidal irregularity, in such a way that its width is growing towards the back of the plot.

The building has a large rectangular central courtyard that organizes all the spaces around it: on the larger sides are organized the different medical rooms preceded
by waiting rooms.
Exteriorly, three materials are combined: Colmenar limestone, Clinker brick and U-glass.
In the access stands a covered cantilevered space to protect pedestrians from inclement weather.
