Collective house building

The project is created according to 2 large axes, which give rise to 13 houses of two heights.

The geometry of the building originates according to the local regulations, very restrictive in this area, as the project is located in the downtown of a Toledo (historical
city).
The large window holes in the upper floor are sculpted by a chamfer to maximize the entrance of sunlight to the dwellings. This chamfer will be built by means of
“Corten” steel. The rest of the materials used will be concrete and white limestone.
