Coruña city hall finally approved on 2014 to move the industrial seaport 8 Km to the West of the center of the city. This approval originates a unique opportunity for

the city to increase its´ density and approach it again to the sea.
To reactivate that seaborder, several buildings are proposed: “High density hybrids”.
A new program is proposed that arises from the hybridization of a consulting office building, and an elderman civic centre (that contains centennial experience).
On one hand Coruña is one of the cities with more inhabitants over 60 years old, on the other it has one of the highest rates of the country’s entrepreneurship. The
program aims to get the most out of these two premises by linking these statistics: The Specialist center, where new companies can be developed in the market
under the guardianship of specialists who will guide them thanks to theis decades of living experience in the whole process of the new company.
