The executive project detailed a modern colective building of 35 houses, storerooms and garages.

It is ordered in 3 blocks staggered due to the excessive slope that presents the avenue of “La Legua“ by which the accesses to the building are resolved.
It has 6 portals, 4 of them with main facade towards the Avenue and another two behind the previous ones with main facade to the common area of the building,
being separated of the first a distance more than 20 meters so as to receive thus the greater amount natural light possible all of the homes.
