Sims Ln. apartment complex came to the team as a Multi-Family Project in the City of Huntington Beach. The task of an converting an existing single family dwelling into a Multi-family Complex went through various stages of site analysis, existing condition surveys and structural assessments. The final design maintained the existing structure and added 4 dwelling units as well as effective parking accommodations. Along with the living components of the project, common outdoor spaces were provided in order to establish a social interaction among tenants of the complex.
