This project is 18,750 s.f. of tenant improvement located on the third floor of an existing office building that is owned by UCLA Health and was purchased to be converted to support medical clinic function. Suite 330-370 supports the following medical clinics: EIMG (Entertainment Industry Medical Group), pediatrics, and lab services. Scope of work also included upgrades to the existing building first floor lobby and site accessible parking.
This project complies with the UCLA Campus Green Building Baseline Standard and is USGBC LEED-CI Silver with a target of Gold Certification.
